The review tab is a widget that provides quick access to all reviews without navigating to the product page or scrolling to the review section. By default, it is positioned on the middle right side of the website.

HOW TO USE THE REVIEW TAB WIDGET

Step 1: On Show reviews menu, open the Review tab widget

Step 2: Enable the widget



Step 3: Configure the widget's position and appearance as your wish

Tab position: select the location to display the review tab

Rating icon: allow to show/hide the rating icon, select icon shape/ color/ position

Border radius: configure the widget border radius

Text font size: select the font size of the text. Please also note that the text font style is mapped with your theme text font style

Click on tab option: there are 2 options

Option 1 : Open review box in modal - open the modal which contains reviews by the following rules

On Product page: Display reviews of the currently viewed product with the CTA buttons (Write a review, Ask a question button).
On non-product pages: Display all reviews of your store without the CTA buttons.

Option 2 : Custom URL - attach a specific URL that you want to open after clicking to the review tab. We recommend to create a Review page and attach its URL on this option.



Edit with CSS: extra customization using CSS. Code knowledge required

Customize text: change the text of the widget.

Step 4 : Save the settings and view the widget on your storefront
