Displaying and customizing Popup Detail

Popup Detail is an expand widget when you click in a review from review box, review popup or carousel.



In order to customize the Review Popup Detail, please follow those steps:
If you're using the old widget version, please open the Show Reviews on Kudosi menu --> Popup Detail
If you're using the new widget version, please open the Show Reviews on Kudosi menu --> Global Settings --> Change widget to Popup Detail.


From there, you could start customizing elements as in settings:

Overall: Customize text's font, size, or colors.

Rating Icon: Change rating star's shape, size, spacing or colors

Call-to-actions: Customize the buttons in the popup

Review Items: Customize/ Enable the elements (rating icon, reviewer name/ avatar, review date, etc.) in the popup

Custom CSS: Specific customization via CSS, code knowledge is required.

Popup Content: Change the popup's text, for example changing the text into your language

Once you finished your settings, please click Save to apply new changes.
