When you use the bulk import method, the number of reviews imported depends on your import settings. If you don’t get any reviews after bulk importing, please check your import settings—they may be too strict. From the dashboard, go to import reviews > Click "Customize settings" on the top right of the page.

If no reviews are imported, click "Try again." In this step, you’ll see new suggested review links for the products that failed, and you can also switch to manual import if needed.
Please note: Your import settings can affect the results. If you experience any issues, check and adjust your import settings for better results.
