How to use Kudosi's promotion code

How to apply the promo code:

To use a promo code on your subscription, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Settings & Pricing > Pricing.
2. Click " Have a promo code?".

3. Choose the plan you'd like to apply the code to (The code is only applied with the plan are listed in dropdown box).
4. Enter the provided promo code and click Apply Code.

6. Once applied, click Payment to proceed to the Shopify checkout page.

7. At Approve subscription page, click Approve to complete the subscription with the discount applied.

Note:

• Kindly read the information in Approval page properly. Once user clicks Approve, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service and Payment & Refund Policy.
• Approving subscription also subjects to government tax and other prevailing charges.

Important notes:

• Promo code only apply for monthly plans. It cannot be used for free or annual plans.
• The promo code can only be applied for plans that are equal to or higher than the current plan.
• If you add a new promo code, the previous one will no longer applied.
• Discounts cannot reduce the final price below $1. For example: merchant applies code to use Super plan with $0.75, the final amount to pay in invoice for the charge is $1
• After a promo code is applied and the discounted plan is charged, uninstalling/reinstalling the app or switching plans will immediately cancel the promo code, and the following subscription will revert to the original price.

For trial extension codes:

• Once a trial extension code is applied and the plan is charged, uninstalling, reinstalling, upgrading, downgrading, or reopening the store will deactivate the promo trial.
• Both original trial days and promo trial days will be deducted at the same time once you start using the app.
• If your original trial days are still valid, you can continue using them. Otherwise, the subscription will be charged.

Example:

• A user has 5 days left on the original trial and applies a 30-day extension code → the system counts only 30 days in total (not 35).
• If the user uses the app for 10 days and reinstalls it, no trial remains.
• If the user uses it for 3 days, uninstalls, and reinstalls later → 2 days of the original trial still remain (the promo trial is lost).
