Kudosi helps you build trust with your customers by offering a Verified Review badge. This badge highlights reviews that come from customers who have actually purchased the product, adding an extra layer of authenticity to your store.

What Is the Verified Review Badge?
How Reviews Are Verified
The Verified Review badge is displayed next to reviews that have been confirmed to come from actual purchasers. It provides shoppers with clear reassurance that the review is based on a real buying experience.
Kudosi supports two ways to apply the Verified Review badge:
Reviews submitted through Kudosi’s post-purchase review request emails are automatically marked as Verified. These are verified through our backend data, such as order details and customer email.
The badge will appear with the review, along with the text Verified Purchase.
If you choose to manually verify reviews in your Kudosi admin panel, you may apply the “Verified Purchase” label yourself. However, per our Terms of Service, when manually verifying a review, you must use reasonable methods (e.g., order history, customer communication, or other verifiable proof) to ensure the review reflects a genuine customer experience. This helps maintain trust and keeps your store aligned with local regulations and best practices.
