What is Questions and Answers (Q&A) feature
Questions and Answers (Q&A) is a great helpful section which not only gives your customers' entire needed information before making decision to purchase the items, but also help you to acknowledge your customer's needs
To use the Q&A feature, you will need at least Essential plan.

A Q&A section provides a platform for customers to engage with the brand and with each other. It encourages a sense of community and can lead to increased user interaction and loyalty. Customers often have specific questions about products, such as sizing, compatibility, or usage. By allowing them to ask questions, you ensure they have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information, also this can provide you insights to improve your product descriptions or the products themselves.
At this stage, Q&A section is only showing along with the review box widget on Product page.
- To activate the Q&A section, please go to Manage review menu -> open the sub-menu Questions and Answers -> Activate it. To enable it into your storefront, please go to Show reviews --> review box --> tick on Show Question and Answer section and Show tabs
- When a customer/ visitor submit a question for your store, it will store here as well. You can manage the questions, answer them privately via email and public the questions/answer on your store
- Customizing the Q&A section by going to Show reviews --> Review box --> Advanced settings
- The Q&A submit button will be shown bellow the Write a review button. After clicking on it, the Q&A submit form will be extended
- The Q&A tab is placed next to the review tab
