What will happen when you uninstall the app?
All widgets and reviews on your storefront will immediately disappear.
In-app data will be stored within 90 days.

Plan selection after reinstallation
For users on older plans (Starter / Essential / Premium / Enterprise):
If you uninstall and reinstall the Kudosi app, you must choose the same plan or a higher one. You won’t be able to continue using the app if you select a lower plan.
For users on new plans (Free / Super / Super Saiyan / Super Saiyan God):
If you uninstall and reinstall the app and then downgrade to a lower plan, a warning will appear showing any exceeded reviews or media (photos + reviews). Additionally, all published languages will be unpublished.
Example scenario
Example 1:
Previous plan: Starter (500 reviews/product)
Selected lower plan after reinstallation: Free Plan (5 reviews/product)
In this scenario, you will see a warning banner due to the total reviews per product limitation.
Why does this happen?
The Free plan allows up to 5 reviews per product, while the Starter plan allows up to 500 reviews per product. Since your previous plan exceeds the Free plan’s limit, you need to choose a higher plan than Free to continue using app.
Example 2:
Previous plan: Super Saiyan God (1500 published reviews/product; 5 published languages)
Selected lower plan after reinstallation: Super Sayan (150 published reviews/product; 1 published language)
In this scenario, you will see a warning banner due to the total reviews per product limitation. You can still proceed with the downgrade, but any excess reviews and all published languages will be unpublished.
After choosing the appropriate plan, click Approve the charge to start using the app.

Higher or lower plan: Choosing a higher or lower plan means you upgrade or downgrade your plan. The charge will be prorated based on the price difference and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle according to Shopify Policy. Refer to this article for detailed information.
Data changes: Your data will be adjusted according to the chosen plan. For more details, refer to this article.
