Why doesn't the verified badge show when I enable it?
You can enable the Verified Badge in Show Reviews → Customize the Review Widget (Review Box, Popup Detail). However, you may notice that it does not appearing on your storefront as shown in the preview section.
Reason: The verified purchase badge is showing when the reviews are verified to be written by purchasers. Our app will mark the review written from the review request emails, or the submission page linked with the request are purchaser's written review and show the verified badge.
Reviews that are imported from another source or submitted directly on the storefront without an order identifier will not display the Verified Badge.
