Why I cannot submit a review through the Auto Request email?

After a customer makes a purchase, you can send them an email requesting a review using our Email Campaign feature. However, a few of your customers may encounter an issue where the email format appears broken, preventing them from submitting reviews.


Reason: This issue occurs because certain desktop email applications, such as Mail and Outlook, do not fully support specific CSS/HTML elements. As a result, the email does not display correctly, leading to formatting problems.

How to fix it:
To resolve this issue, please guide your customer to open the email using a web-based email client (such as Gmail, Outlook Web, or Yahoo Mail). These platforms support the necessary formatting, ensuring the email displays correctly and allowing customers to submit their reviews without any problems.
