What is Customer Success Manager?
Customer Success Manager follows the key supporting which is helping a user become a successful merchant. Customer Success Manager will assist you to:


  • Informing merchant if there are any new updated features, discounts.
  • Recommending app's customization settings in order to optimize app's performance and improve the store's appearance.
  • Monthly meeting to discuss the app's usage, demo new features or setup app's function (per customer's agreement).
  • Following up to make sure that app-related technical issues are fixed as soon as possible by the support team.


**Customer Success Manager service will be available on which plan? **
Based on your plan chosen, customers would have been granted the Customer Success Manager service:

  • Kudosi: Enterprise (available during/after the trial period)

  • Customer Success Managers are only available from 9:00 AM - 00:00 AM (UTC+7), Monday to Friday.
