From the Shopify Sales channels, click Online store, then click Customize in the current theme section. This will open the theme editor.

In the theme editor, select one page you want to add the Review Box on: Homepage, product page, or collection page.
On the left sidebar, click Add block > Apps > search “review box” > select Review Box.
You can also drag and drop the Review Box to the position you want.

Error message: No reviews match Product-specific import settings. Please change the settings or get another link with reviews.
Solution: In this case, you need to change the settings to adjust the specific criteria that match your requirements to include the reviews you want.
For all products in general: From the import reviews tab, click Customize settings on the right top.

Steps: Dashboard > Click import reviews tab in the side menu > click Customize settings on the right top.

For individual products: Click Customize settings on the right top of the review sources page.

Steps: Dashboard > Click Import Reviews in the side menu > click button Import reviews in the selected product > click Customize settings.

There are 8 main columns in the CSV file as the following:

Customer country code (Alpha-2 code)
Product ID
Customer name
Rating

How to fill data properly and import successfully

Firstly, please make sure to NOT rename and/or add new/remove any of existing columns.

Secondly, please check below information to have full understanding about which data should be put in each column. Otherwise, you might get an error and will not be able to import CSV file successfully.

Customer country code

Product ID OR Product Handle

Product ID is the last part (number) of your product URL from Shopify admin

NOTE: please make sure the Product ID is filled in correct Number format. You can right click on the Product ID row --> Choose Format Cells --> Number without decimals

Product handle is the last part of product URL (This data is used when you used the template from the other apps)
