Bulk importing reviews from AliExpress with AI
Great news! We’ve launched a new feature: Bulk import with AI. This lets you import reviews for multiple products at once using AI-powered review sources from AliExpress. It saves time and ensures you get high-quality, relevant reviews.
This guide will walk you through the process, step by step.
Navigate to the “Bulk import with AI” feature
How to bulk import reviews step by step
To find and access this feature, follow these steps:
From your dashboard, go to Import Reviews on the left sidebar.
On the import review page, click on the Bulk import with AI section.
On the Bulk import with AI page, you’ll see a product list.
Check the Imported and Published Reviews columns to find which products need more reviews.
💡 Tip: Click on the "No reviews" tab to quickly filter products that have no reviews.
Select multiple products using the checkboxes.
Note: If your store doesn't have any products yet, we recommend using Zopi ‑ AliExpress Dropshipping to import products first.
Once you’ve selected products, click the Bulk import button.
This will open a new screen where you can review or update the review source for each product.
The AI will automatically suggest AliExpress URLs for each product.
Click the dropdown icon next to the URL field. You can:
+ Select another AI-suggested URL
+ Use Add source manually and paste the AliExpress product URL yourself
Once review sources are set, click Start importing.
You’ll see a progress screen as the reviews are being imported. This may take a few moments.
Once the import is finished, you’ll see a summary with the following:
Total reviews imported: Number of reviews successfully added in this session.
Products with imported reviews: How many of the selected products received reviews.
Average star rating: Average star rating of all imported reviews.
Store review growth: Percentage increase in total store reviews after this import.
Store review growth = (New imported reviews / Total published reviews) × 100
To maximize the impact:
Click Publish all reviews to make them visible on your product pages.
This will close the current result page and complete the import session.
Note: There may be a quota limit for published reviews per product based on your plan. Be sure to check your plan details.
If you don’t want to publish reviews now, click Start new bulk import to close the current session and begin a new one.
Prioritize products with no reviews to build trust faster.
Always double-check the review sources before importing.

The system will only import reviews with an average rating of 3–5 stars to ensure quality.
