Importing reviews from anywhere like Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, eBay, Etsy, and Dsers
The import from anywhere feature in Kudosi lets you quickly import reviews from any website like Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, eBay, Etsy, and Dsers with a browser extension. This guide explains how to set up, filter, and import reviews to match your needs.

Troubleshooting import errors
Heads up: Free users can import reviews from AliExpress only; paid users can use Amazon, AliExpress, Temu, eBay, Etsy, and Dsers.
From the Kudosi dashboard:
Click Import Reviews in the side menu.
In the Import from anywhere section, click on the platform you want to import reviews from.
On the Import reviews from anywhere page, you’ll find a quick guide to help you use this feature.
Note: You can customize the settings to filter and import specific reviews from the platforms. At the top-right corner of the import reviews page, click "Customize settings".
Steps to add the extension:
From the Import reviews from anywhere, click install Kudosi extension. This will open the Chrome Web Store.
Click the Add to Chrome button in the Chrome Web Store.
Confirm by clicking Add extension.
Once you’ve added the Kudosi extension, follow these steps to import reviews:
Visit a product page on Amazon or AliExpress or Temu or eBay or Etsy or Dsers (e.g., a pickleball paddle).
Click the Kudosi logo in the right sidebar. This will open a side panel displaying the review list.
Select your store (if you have multiple) and product that you want to import.
Apply filter (must have photo / text) and enable auto-publish (optional)
Click Scan reviews, remove unwanted ones, and click Import reviews.
Alternative access:
You can also click the Kudosi extension icon at the top of your browser to activate the feature.
Important:
To import reviews, ensure you are on a product page with reviews, not the marketplace homepage.
Select a store
If your required store is not listed, follow these steps:
Log in to your Shopify store.
Open the Kudosi app.
Reload the product page with the side panel to refresh the store list.
Select a product to import reviews
Ensure your store has products available before importing reviews.
Scan reviews
After selecting a store and a product, click "Scan reviews" to pull reviews into the panel.
Apply filters (optional)
Must have photos: Only imports reviews with photos, regardless of text.
Must have text: Only imports reviews with text, regardless of photos.
Selecting both filters may reduce the number of reviews imported. To maximize imported reviews, keep the filters at their default settings.
For eBay: Reviews displayed in the panel reflect filters applied on both eBay and the Kudosi panel.
Scroll through the side panel to check the quality of reviews.
Delete unwanted reviews or keep only the ones you need before importing them.
For Amazon:
Amazon only allows importing reviews from pages 1–5. Kudosi can’t import reviews from page 6 onward.
For eBay:
All ratings (positive, neutral, and negative) are converted into star ratings in Kudosi’s format.
Date formats like "Past month" are converted to MM/DD/YYYY.
For Temu:
Most country flags in Temu, including flag images or labels like "From abroad," are automatically converted to the US flag.
When switching the language from English to another, some attributes, such as dates, may not display correctly or match the original format.
For Etsy:
Because Etsy doesn't display the country of origin for reviews, they will be automatically assigned to the United States when imported.
For all three marketplaces, after completing import reviews into the Kudosi
Customer names like "K**i" are replaced with a full name based on your in-app settings.
These changes ensure all reviews display consistently and professionally on your storefront, regardless of their original format.
You can import up to 100 reviews per session and 5 images per review.
After completing the import, check and manage reviews in the Kudosi app.
Allow a few moments for syncing to display the imported reviews in Kudosi.
In this case, you need to:
