Schedule Request reviews via Email for old orders
If you installed the app after November 22, 2021, you can send Auto Request emails for reviews to customers who had their orders fulfilled before the installation. This feature helps merchants collect reviews from previous buyers and is available starting from the Essential plan.
Old-order review requests refer to the feature to collect reviews for orders fulfilled within the last 60 days before installing Kudosi. Once Kudosi is installed, you can send email review requests to customers who placed these orders.
Steps: On Collect reviews > Auto Request > Review request email > Old-order review request section
We counted the old orders fulfilled which were from the last 60 days before you installed Kudosi.
This feature is a one-time review request for all your previously fulfilled orders. Once you click the "Send review request" button, you cannot send the remaining requests in any higher plan upgraded.
After the requests are successfully sent, you can track the number of successful requests in the header notification on the function block. Please check the details on the Request Dashboard in the Auto Request menu.
Only orders fulfilled with a valid email can be sent for email requests.
In case, the number of requests is so huge, that the email request could take a moment to be processed, you can check the request performance after the processing is done.
You cannot schedule more emails if you have reached the review quota.
We will use the Email configure on Request Reviews via Email to send the old orders.
Each time you can only send a maximum of 2000 emails.
