Uploading video on a review

Upload review video is only available for Premium plan and above
Knowing the importance of video review can bring to your store. Kudosi now allows to attach video on the reviews.

UPLOADING VIDEO REVIEWS

Your customers can upload the video when writing the reviews for your products

Via the review box section on your product page:

Via the online submit reviews form (Email request/ SMS request/ QR code, etc.)

NOTE

Maximum upload video size: 100MB/ file

Maximum attachment (including photos and videos): 5 items

Supported video formats: MP4, mp4, MOV, mov
